Subscriptions are only possible via our registration tool on www.adlercup.com. Subscriptions via Email are not possible!
The registration tool needs a club/organisation – related registration with one major responsible contact for the registration process on your side.
Please register your club/organisation only once; we reserve the right to cancel registrations.
All registered clubs from earlier Adler Cups are still stored in the system and should be used.
All attendee registrations to tournaments are handled via your registered club/organisation account.
Prerequisite of an attendee registration is a succesful registration of your club/organisation. Please use this link for registration. And fill out all information below the form “Register New Club”.
IMPORTANT: Afterwards you receive a confirmation email – without clicking this email, your club is not registered. You have to confirm here first before being able to log in and register new players.
After you succesfully logged into the your club account, you will find a button named “Manage Attendees”. On the next screen you can add new attendees by click on “Add Attendes”. Please fillout all required information on this form.
After the registration of each athlete / player, the athlete will receive an email if the email address has been entered. Possible status per player: waiting list (waiting for provisional confirmation or cancellation), provisionally confirmed (pay), confirmed (participation certain).
Each club will receive an email with all payment details once a day for all changes made until then. Please do not transfer until provisional confirmation! For waiting list status changes, please be patient.
You will receive information about all relevant processes and changes regarding the tournament and your registration by e-mail.
Please check your inbox and SPAM folder regularly.
Once the athlete has been provisionally confirmed, you will receive payment information by email. Entries are finally confirmed by payment of the entry fee. Unpaid entries will be put on a 2nd waiting list after six weeks and will lose their guaranteed starting place.
If (e.g. through withdrawal) the number of participants in the selected age group falls below 50%, athletes from the waiting list will automatically move up. All other starting places will be allocated by the tournament management. In both cases, you will receive an e-mail and continue as described in the section “FINAL CONFIRMATION THROUGH PAYMENT”.
Within the registration period all changes in the registration tool are allowed and the respective registration fees will be credited and can be used for other players or additional tournament starts or courses (meaning for any fees). In case of changes in the age group, however, the starting place is lost and the participant may be placed on the waiting list.
Withdrawals can be made in the registration tool, but this will result in the final loss of the starting place.
Paid entry fees will not be refunded in case of withdrawal (regardless of the reason) – within the registration period, monies can be used (see CHANGES) elsewhere.
